- Outer packaging and inner packaging images
- Clear pictures or videos showing the problem

There are certain circumstances where we won’t be able to accept returns or replacements for our products:
Opened/Used/Altered Products: If the product has been opened, used, or altered in any way, we won’t be able to accept a return or replacement.
Missing Original Packaging: If the original packaging, including mono cartons, labels, etc., is missing, we cannot process a return or replacement. Late Return/Replacement Requests: Requests made after 3 days from the date of delivery cannot be accommodated.
Refund Policy
You can receive a refund only in a case of cancellation, If you wish to receive a refund, you must cancel your order before it is dispatched. Once the cancellation request has been accepted, you will receive your money back within 7 business days. Please note that refunds are only issued in the case of cancellation.
Once the refund is initiated you will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS. We also request you to check your bank statement for refund details.
